ECO PORT

Ecoport stands for Ecological Portal. This is an independent website designed by people who were and are working in FAO. On this website database and pictures on any entity (plant or animal species) or any subject or theme which has ecological value can be found. Individuals are given the editorship rights and can update and add data with reference to that particular entity. The whole data base is free for sharing with others with copyleft (instead of copyright). It is already structured and all the editors do voluntary work in adding data.
